I can typically go very deep in T4 Survival using these and the only thing I have to pay close attention to is the nullifier sniper shot, which will not kill me at full health, but certainly getting hit by 2 in a row is very bad. Once you've really figured things out, you should be able to dump all such buffs for other more useful things-in most cases for high-end play, if you're getting shot, it doesn't matter how much health you have, you die. The true art of the game is learning to fight in such a way that you just don't get hit.
